Pastors are the foundation of Capra Solidarity Ministry’s work, acting as both spiritual leaders and local advocates. This activity formalizes a network of trained, passionate pastors who work directly within communities to identify the most vulnerable families, provide spiritual counseling, and follow up with recipients of the goat program. They are the eyes, ears, and heart of the ministry on the ground.
Capra trains these pastors not only in biblical care but also in ethical distribution, transparency, and recordkeeping, ensuring the goat program runs with integrity. Through regular visits, they provide discipleship, accountability, and practical advice to families, helping them succeed spiritually and materially. These visits often become moments of deep encouragement and transformation.
This activity strengthens the Church’s presence and trust within communities. Pastors help spread the Gospel, share testimonies, and foster spiritual unity while supporting social uplift. The network also allows Capra to scale sustainably, by equipping local leaders who share the ministry’s vision and passion.
